These Terms govern your access to smsape.com (the “Website”) and the SMS verification tools provided by SMSAPE(“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, adding balance, renting a number, or starting an activation, you agree to follow these Terms.
If you do not accept them, do not use the Website or the Service.
We may revise these Terms to reflect product changes, provider requirements, security needs, or legal updates. When we do, the latest version will be posted here with a refreshed “Last updated” date.
SMSAPE is for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or older, if your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority) and that you can enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you. If either of those is not true, the account must not be created.
We make temporary virtual phone numbers available so you can receive inbound SMS messages — typically the one-time codes that other apps send during signup or login.
Whether a given number actually clears a code depends on factors outside our system: the rules the destination platform applies to virtual numbers, the upstream telecom carrier, regional routing decisions, and risk checks performed on the sender side. The same number may succeed for one service and be filtered by another within minutes.
Everything is delivered as-is and as-available. Routing is monitored and tuned regularly, but real-world delivery still varies by country, operator, and the receiving platform's anti-abuse posture on any given day.

Where we detect that a line has been crossed, the corresponding account can be suspended without prior notice and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Banks, payment processors, custodians, and crypto exchanges enforce strict identity rules, and using a virtual number to bypass them creates risk for everyone involved. SMSAPE numbers must not be used to verify any financial-sector account. The category covers, without limitation:
Attempts to use the Service for any of the above are a Terms violation and can result in permanent loss of access.
You alone are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account, including any activations purchased and any rules broken from it.
Whether and how SMSAPE may be used depends on the legal regime where you live or operate. Confirming compliance with local, national, and international rules is your job, not ours.
Top-ups are processed by external payment partners. We accept cryptocurrency and selected digital payment methods. When you start a transaction, the partner's own terms and any associated processing fees apply alongside ours.
How balances, top-ups, and credits behave is described in the Payment & Refund Policy; that document forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.
When an activation does not deliver an SMS, the corresponding amount is normally returned as a credit on your SMSAPE balance rather than as a withdrawal to an external wallet. Balance credits are linked to the account, cannot be transferred, and have no value outside the platform.
We aim for continuous uptime, but we do not promise that the Service will be free of interruptions, errors, or maintenance windows.
If a third-party service blocks, bans, or flags an account because a virtual number was used, that decision sits with the third party. SMSAPE is not responsible for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability in connection with any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid for the specific activation that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to defend SMSAPE — including officers, employees, and contractors — against any claim, loss, or legal expense arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any infringement of someone else's rights through your account.
The site, the application code behind it, the brand marks, and every other piece of content presented through SMSAPE are owned by us or used under license. Copying, reverse-engineering, reselling, or otherwise redistributing any part of the Service without prior written permission is not permitted.
You can stop using the Service whenever you choose; closing the account is enough. We may suspend or end access on our side if we observe abuse, fraud, regulatory pressure, or any clear breach of these Terms.
SMSAPE must not be used in any country or region where its use would breach local law or international sanctions regimes. Access can be restricted by geography at our discretion when needed to keep the platform compliant.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Disputes are first to be resolved by good-faith discussion between the parties; if that fails, they may be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
