If a claim is successfully made against SMSAPE, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific activation involved in that claim.
If your actions cause legal claims, damages, costs, or losses involving SMSAPE, you agree to be responsible for those consequences.
This includes violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or misuse of the Service through your account.
The SMSAPE platform, website design, software, branding, logos, content, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.
